Policy / Fee for Posting Events to the HBC Tournaments Schedule
Effective immediately: HandballCity will be requesting a donation of $10 per event...to have your tournament listed on the 2009 schedule. All proceeds will go to promoting the sport of Handball, and help offset costs of the NEW MEMBERS WEBSITE. Your support is much appreciated. Handball City has promoted over 400 Tournaments over the last couple of years...free of charge, and has also promoted fundraisers for people in need within the Handball community. Now the tournament coordinators can show their support for the sport of Handball by helping Handball City at this time. Thanks in advance for your support. Please follow instructions carefully. Print/Copy Application/Form and fill in all required fields...and send with Payment. Payment accepted via US Postal Money Order ONLY...No Checks accepted.
All Money Orders must be payable to: James Russo, PO Box 92, Riverdale, NY 10471
Application or Flyer/Promo (if used) must be emailed to: Jimmy @ handballcity.com Files accepted: PDF, Word Document, or Jpeg image files only. (Jpeg image files must be under 500kb)
|Tournament Coordinators are
welcomed to pay for multiple events at one time, just fill out separate
forms for each event...and send correct total amount. (Fee of $10.00 for
each event) NO REFUNDS - If the tournament rain date is cancelled due to
bad weather...you may reschedule another date...payments do not carry over
into 2010 (please schedule a rain date on form).
Tournament Coordinators: The good thing about the new HBC Policy is there are no longer restrictions. Any type of Handball tournament can be promoted...even "C" Events...which were banned 3 years ago. Also we will list event Fliers that promote the event (email it to us)...where before HandballCity would only list pre-registration applications. So it is a win win situation for all parties involved. Thanks again for helping HandballCity with fund-raising.
Players/Fans - HandballCity.com is not responsible for tournament cancellations or changes of locations. It is the coordinators responsibility to make sure the information of their events are correct. Any event changes will be updated as soon as possible, so please check the tournament schedule often for updates. Have fun, play Handball.
